  • Shipping & Delivery

    All our products are shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong. We ship locally and also throughout China.

    If you have chosen the standard delivery option, please allow 5-7 working days from the time you place the order. Products will be dispatched from the warehouse within 24 hours of your order placement. An email will be sent once the items have been dispatched.

    For express delivery, please allow 2-3 working days from the time you place your order.

    International delivery fees apply. Delivery times also vary with international orders.

    Deliveries can be made to home or work addresses, excluding PO Box addresses.

  • Privacy & Security

    At Woolstar Merino Mini we are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information you give us will only be used to provide you with the services you have agreed to. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your personal information is safe and secure with us. It is important for you to note that if you purchase a product directly from us, it is necessary for us to collect some information from you to deliver your products. You are able to visit and download from our website without disclosing any personal information to us. If you purchase items from us, we will only use this information for the purposes you have agreed to. In other words, we will record the information supplied and we (or our representatives) may occasionally contact you (by post or email) to advise you of new products or special offers that could interest you. Other than this, we will not give your personal information to anyone without your approval.

    Wool Products Australia will keep your personal information confidential and secure. All of your information is kept in a location that is protected. If you wish to access the information we have about you at any time, you can do so by contacting our Privacy Officer. Personal information will not be disclosed without your consent. The only exception to this is where we would be required by law to do so. Woolstar Merino Mini will not accept responsibility for the use of any information that has been obtained through unauthorised access.

  • Returns & Replacements

    Returns Policy: we will provide a refund or exchange on faulty and change of mind purchases. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it is packed up properly and can not be damaged in the shipping process. Shipping and handling fees involved with returning items is the responsibility of the customer as we do not refund shipping costs.

    • You can return any item for a refund within 15 days of receiving your original order. All goods need to be in original packaging and will be inspected on return
    • Refunds and exchanges can not be made on sale or promotional items
    • Any refund will automatically be issued to the original payment method used when placing your order

    We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect the refunded transaction.

  • Ordering

    There are many ways to begin your order online or by phone. First find the product you want by selecting from the categories on the left, or by clicking Search to find a specific product.

    Once you have found the product/products you want to purchase, place in shopping cart and proceed to check out to complete your online order.

    To order over the phone simply call our contact number and place an order with us. Refer to 'Order By Phone' page for more information about this service.

  • Payment, Pricing & Promotions

    Payment can be made online through check out with Visa and Mastercard. Prices are set in USD, though multiple currencies are accepted.

    Upon receiving your order our billing agent carries out a standard pre-authorisation check on your credit or debit card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once your payment has been approved. If your card is not authorised, your card will not be debited, and we'll email to let you know your bank or card issuer wouldn't authorise the payment.

    When promotions are offered, enter promo code at check out to receive your discount. Only one promo code can be used at any one time and can not be used in conjunction with gift vouchers and other discount/promo codes.

  • Viewing Orders

    Shopping items can be stored in ‘my wishlist’ to be viewed, and when ready to purchase can be added to ‘my cart’ section where you can proceed to check out.

    Items can also be placed straight into ‘my cart’ to be viewed, you can then complete your payment at checkout.

  • Updating Account Information

    Once logged in to the online shop, you can edit your personal information, billing and payment information and ‘my wishlist’ or ‘my cart’ items.

    Make sure all information is correct before checkout to avoid delays in receiving your order
